Well, I've been longing to talk about Yuna. So...
I see her as a strong woman. Did you know that she went to UK alone to try out her songs? Marketing your songs into a widest scene should be a struggle to most artists song writer. This reminds me of myself when I was 17. I have this eager thing in me, wanted to go to work. Where my dad of course refused to pop a green light. But in the end of the day, I got paid for rm1200 and I was happy enough :) Anyhow, we're not gonna talk about my struggle, but Yuna's.
I don't get it when you people judge her based on appearance alone. Frankly, that's truly not fair. Siapa kita nak jalankan tugas Allah tanpa menyedari betapa naif nya kita berkata- kata tentang dosa agama? Now you tell me. Berpegangan tangan di antara lelaki wanita dan minum arak. Which one is harom? To be true, both are harom. Cuma the Malaysian sees minum arak as harom and pegang tangan as normal. Tapi, bila this one guy upload a picture of him holding a dog on facebook. People's perception towards him terus turned upside down. "Rosak lah mamat ni pegang anjing". Without realizing last weekend dia keluar dating dia pegang tangan gf dia. How cliche. How funny. How naive of you.
At first, I don't really care what you guys said pasal leggings and all. Tapi macam agak semak lah dengar mana2 je orang dok keluar hadis pasal leggings. Come on! I've been listening to this lady since dia free hair lagi. Bukan kah dah cukup bagus dia berhijrah ke berhijab? I ingat lagi masa tu dalam bilik belakang CM tu cuma ada about 30 people. So yeah, to be where she is right now is an achievement.
Kau ada pergi UK sorang2 hantar demo? Do you have this kind of struggle to tell your kids? So shut the fuck up.
